Virtual draping does the same thing with your photo: one tap switches between warm and cool, light and deep, or bright and soft colors, so you can see what each one does to your skin. What is color draping?+
Draping is how professional color analysts work: they hold fabric in different colors under your face and watch how your skin reacts. The right colors make skin look smooth and bright; the wrong ones exaggerate shadows, redness or sallowness.
How does virtual draping work?+
We find your face and the clothes you're wearing, then recolor your outfit in any color you choose, keeping its real folds and shadows. If your clothes aren't in the shot, we drape a fabric cape below your chin instead. Seeing two drapes side by side makes it easy to judge which one flatters you, without buying a single swatch.
What should I look for when comparing drapes?+
Look at your face, not the fabric. With your best colors, skin looks even, under-eye shadows soften and your eyes look brighter. With poor colors, you may notice dullness, redness, or the color seeming to arrive before you do.
Is my photo uploaded?+
